Techno-Commercial Advisory,
Claims & Project Governance
From feasibility to final account: one independent team protecting your capital, your programme and your contractual position.
Two sides of the table. One side per project.
We advise owners and we advise contractors, never both on the same project or dispute. Every mandate starts with a conflict check, so the side we are on is clear from day one.
Protect the capital
- Before you commit: know what you are buying
- Technical due diligence.
- While you build: see the real position
- Independent health audits that test what the PMC and contractor report.
- What you pay: pay the right price
- Cost plans, value engineering, variation control and final account.
- When claims arrive: test every claim
- Scrutiny of EOT and cost claims.
Decide on verified facts, not on the contractor's claim six months later.
Get paid for the work you did
- From day one: never miss a time-bar
- Contract matrix, notice calendar and reservation-of-rights letters.
- Every change: value every variation
- Valuation of additional items and instructions, so no work goes unpriced.
- Every delay: prove the delay
- EOT substantiation linking each event to the completion date.
- At close-out: close the account
- Final account, prolongation cost and claim submissions, with support to your counsel.
Entitlement preserved on time, cash flow protected, and a claim built to withstand scrutiny.
One independent team across the whole project lifecycle
Most commercial loss in construction is decided long before a dispute starts: in what was bought, how it was priced, what the contract says and what got recorded on site. Our four service offerings follow the project from the first feasibility question to the last claim, so the same facts and records carry through every stage.

| Service offering | The question it answers | Typically engaged by |
|---|---|---|
| 01Feasibility & Technical Due Diligence | Does this site, building or project stack up, and what liabilities come with it? | Investors, funds, lenders, developers, corporate occupiers |
| 02Project Health Audits | Where does the project really stand on cost, time, quality and compliance? | Owners, boards, lenders, developers |
| 03Cost Management & Value Engineering | Are we paying the right price, and controlling every change? | Owners, developers, contractors |
| 04Contract Administration, Claims & Disputes | Is our contractual position protected, and can we prove our claim or defend against one? | Owners, contractors, subcontractors, legal counsel |
Each service can be engaged on its own or combined into a continuing project or portfolio mandate.
